Every customer's order
is different. We start each order process with a fair
amount of research, and time can be saved by providing
us with photos and drawings when you first contact us.
We prefer all initial contact by email - please do not
phone us.
As each item is costed
individually, depending on what is required, we do not
have a price list available. Occasionally we sell simple
regency lines on ebay.
All orders must allow
for a minimum of six weeks delivery from time of payment,
otherwise a 50% surcharge will be charged.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept PayPal, International
Money Orders, direct bank deposits and Cash. We do not
send C.O.D. orders and are unable to accept purchase orders.
ALL orders must be paid for in advance, including government
departments. Because all of our orders are custom orders,
we DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS.
